17:00- – Free time for the participants

08:00 to 10:00 – Reception of participants from the Republic of Serbia and from abroad, if necessary
09:00 to 10:00 – Transportation of the participants from the hotel to the Batajnica a.
10:30 to 10:45 – Briefing
11:00 to 16:00 – Visit by local and foreign journalists
11:30 to 15:30 – Practicing the programme (participants in the main part) and press day
13:30 to 15:30 – Lunch for participants at the airport Batajnica
16:00 to 16:30 – Debriefing
17:00 to 17:45 – Transportation of the participants to the hotel
18:00- – Free time for the participants

08:00 to 09:00 – Transportation of the participants from the hotel to the Batajnica airport
08:00 – Opening of the Batajnica airport for visitors
09:30 to 10:30 – Transportation of VIP guests to the Batajnica airport
09:30 to 10:00 – Briefing
09:00 to 10:50 – Introductory part of the programme: model-makers, light aircraft, parachutes and the like.
10:50 to 11:00 – Opening of the Air Show – speech by the Minister of Defence of the Republic of Serbia
11:00 to 16:00 – Main part of the Air Show – flying programme
09:00 to 17:00 – Static part of the Air Show – display
13:30 to 15:30 – Lunch for the participants at the Batajnica airport
17:00 to 19:00 – Preparation of aircraft for the return (departure of the participants from the Republic of Serbia and from abroad according to special requests)
19:00 to 22:00 – Cocktail for the participants – hangar party
22:00 to 22:30 – Transportation of the participants to the hotel

08:30 to 09:15 – Transportation of the participants from the hotel to the Batajnica a.
09:30 to 09:45 – Weather consultations at the Batajnica airport
10:00 to 14:00 – Departure of the participants from the Batajnica airport
Tuesday, 4 September 2012 (reserve day for departure of the participants from abroad because of unfavourable meteorological conditions or technical problems)
